For years, GMC has been known as the top choice in full size trucks and SUVs for professionals.

So when they introduced the Acadia, (the first mid-size SUV targeted specifically to women) they knew they would have to break from the norm to get the attention of a whole new audience. So, we developed a promotional partnership with the most influential woman on daytime television.

Over the course of 2-weeks, Ellen got behind the wheel and introduced her audience to this exciting new offering from GMC. She then invited her audience to enter for a chance to win the ultimate road trip. Four friends from Nevada, won the road-trip of a lifetime: A 2,246 mile trip to meet and mingle with Ellen in Hollywood. For 5 days, they crisscrossed the US in a GMC Acadia. Each day, Ellen checked in with them live on the air from inside their Acadia.
